SUPERNATURE is a digital animation design studio based in New York City. The studio's mission is to develop a system of production for art, design and the moving image in order to create dynamic graphic surfaces within multiscalar installations and built environments.
Supernature seeks to create an ambient, aesthetic encounter with media in the over-branded, hyper-informational culture of today. Inspiration is found within the worlds of fashion, interior architecture, ornament and pattern design, and nature. The studio collaborates closely with various creative agencies to create works for fashion shows, commercial and broadcast environments, clubs, event spaces, and galleries.
The studio also collaborates periodically with music artists and labels to create experimental visuals and music videos which are shown at media festivals and events around the world. |
