At the heart of Impactist is the combination of past processes
with modern techniques. With a varied background in fine arts, design,
photography, and sound design, the conceptual and technical palette
of Impactist allows for new methods of communication and design.
Located in Portland, Oregon, Impactist is the collaborative work
of Kelly Meador and Daniel Elwing.
Field Trip is a series of motion and sound compositions relating to and exploring
first and second hand experiences in regards to contextual learning. This series
is an autobiographical account of the grade school activities of Impactist. A total
of six motion and ten audio compositions comprise the series and will be released
in two phases.
